By accessing and using The Marketing Vault ("the Service"), a product of Be Known, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. The Service is built for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. You must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We may send essential account, security, billing, and service communications by email. Marketing communications are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, circumventing security measures, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Fair use. "Unlimited" on any plan, including lifetime deals, means unlimited for normal use by the people on your account. Runs sent from outside the app - through Connect Your AI (MCP), the API, scripts, bots or other automated pipelines - have a fair-use allowance of 250 runs per calendar month (UTC) per account unless your plan states a different number. A multi-step workflow counts one run per step. Runs that fail or return nothing are not counted. If you need more, you can buy run packs where offered or contact us for a custom limit. We may pause automated access that goes past the allowance or puts unusual load on the Service.
Monthly and annual plans, seat subscriptions and monthly run packs renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you bought them, and your payment method is charged until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. One-time purchases (such as the Founder's Charter) do not renew. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.
All content generated through the Service remains subject to the applicable licensing terms. You retain ownership of your input data and generated outputs.
We never see or access your specific inputs or outputs. Your inputs and outputs are stored against your user account so they can be retrieved, refined, and exported only by you. We do not sell or share your inputs or outputs with third parties. To generate outputs, prompts are transmitted to underlying AI providers (currently Anthropic and Google) for processing; we do not control what those providers do beyond that scope, so please review their policies. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
You agree that we may collect anonymized, aggregate usage data to improve the Service and surface helpful trends. This data is stripped of personal identifiers and is never shared in a way that identifies you. You can opt out at any time from your Account settings.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content uploaded to or shown on the Service, including on a partner's branded version of it, infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with: your signature; the work you claim is infringed; the material and where it appears (URL); your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Users whose material is removed may send a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
