The Marketing Vault is a product of Be Known, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed) and, if you provide it, a phone number.
- Business information you enter: Business profiles, brand voice, files you upload, tool inputs and generated outputs.
- Billing information: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and the last digits of your card, never the full card number.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, tools run, browser type, operating system and a hashed IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, secure and support the Service and your account.
- To process payments and send account, billing and security emails.
- To send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from in any email.
- To improve the Service using anonymized, aggregate usage insights (you can opt out in Account settings).
- With your consent, to measure visits and advertising (section 4).
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money, and we never use your phone number for marketing.
3. Your Inputs & AI Outputs
- We do not read your specific inputs or outputs. They are stored against your account so you can retrieve, refine and export them.
- They are never sold or shared with third parties for their own use.
- To generate outputs, prompts are sent to our AI model providers (currently Anthropic and Google) strictly for processing. Please review their privacy policies.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Essential: sign-in, security and your display preferences. These are always on because the Service cannot work without them.
Analytics and advertising: Google Tag Manager and the measurement tags it loads (for example Google Analytics and ad conversion tags). These load only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" in the site footer. We do not record your screen or keystrokes.
5. Service Providers
We share only what each provider needs to perform its service for us:
- Stripe - payments and subscriptions
- Resend - email delivery
- Anthropic and Google - AI processing of prompts
- Lovable and its cloud infrastructure providers - hosting, database and file storage
- Google - Tag Manager and analytics, only with your consent
- AppSumo - license verification if you bought through AppSumo
If you use a partner's branded version of the Service, that partner can see the account and Business information within its own workspace.
6. Data Storage, Security & Retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and protected by access controls. We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Your data may be processed in the United States.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell it. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
- EU, UK and EEA residents (GDPR): we rely on contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (analytics and advertising cookies) and legal obligation. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Email support@marketerprompts.com to make a request. We respond within 30 days (45 days where the law allows) and may need to verify your identity.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email.
