Your AI, with your business context built in
Connect The Marketing Vault to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Gemini CLI, Cursor or Claude Code. Your assistant writes with your real customer profile and brand voice instead of generic guesses.
Step 1 - Copy your server URL
One URL works in every supported app. Most apps need no key - for the few that do, see Personal access keys below.
https://agsuleyeonapmldynizb.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpThat long address is our secure cloud backend - it looks technical, but it is the official Marketing Vault endpoint, and the URL alone grants nothing. When you connect, you sign in with your own account on a secure consent screen and approve access. Your browser may briefly show our backend domain during sign-in - that is expected. It is the same infrastructure that powers your dashboard.
Add a custom connector in your AI app
Each app calls it something slightly different - "Add connector", "Custom connector" or "MCP server". Paste the URL you copied.
Sign in and approve
Log in with your Marketing Vault account and click Approve. Every request runs as you, so the assistant only ever sees your own data.
Step-by-step setup for your app
Every app is slightly different. Find yours below and follow the steps exactly - it takes about a minute.
Claude
Web, desktop & mobile - works on every plan, including Free
Settings → Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector
- 1Open Claude and go to Settings → Customize → Connectors (or use the button below).
- 2Click "Add custom connector".
- 3Name it "The Marketing Vault" and paste the server URL from Step 1.
- 4Leave the defaults: Authentication → "Always required", OAuth client → "No client ID - register one automatically", Transport → "Streamable HTTP".
- 5Click Add. Claude opens a sign-in window - log in to your Marketing Vault account and click Approve.
- 6Test it: ask Claude "Use The Marketing Vault to list my businesses".
Free accounts can add one custom connector; paid plans allow more. On mobile you can use connectors you already added on web or desktop.
Open Claude connectorsChatGPT
Business, Enterprise & Edu plans (beta) with Developer mode on
Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode
- 1Open ChatGPT on the web and go to Settings → Apps & Connectors.
- 2Under Advanced, turn on Developer mode (this is what exposes custom MCP connectors).
- 3Back on Apps & Connectors, click "Create" / "Add connector".
- 4Name it "The Marketing Vault", paste the server URL, and set Authentication to OAuth.
- 5Click Create, sign in to your Marketing Vault account, and approve access.
- 6In a new chat, open the "+" menu, confirm The Marketing Vault is enabled, then ask it to list your businesses.
Custom connectors need a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan while the feature is in beta. If a connector disappears from your list (a known ChatGPT bug), re-add it with the same URL.
Open ChatGPT connectorsPerplexity
Pro, Max & Enterprise plans
Computer → Connectors → Custom Remote Connector
- 1Open Perplexity and switch to Computer mode.
- 2Go to Connectors and choose Add connector → Custom Remote Connector.
- 3Name it "The Marketing Vault" and paste the server URL.
- 4Select the HTTP / Streamable HTTP transport if asked, then save.
- 5Complete the sign-in and click Approve on the consent screen.
- 6Ask: "Using The Marketing Vault, load my customer profile".
Custom remote connectors require a Pro, Max or Enterprise plan.
Open Perplexity connectorsGrok (xAI)
Available to all Grok users
grok.com/connectors → New Connector → Custom
- 1Go to grok.com/connectors and click New Connector → Custom.
- 2Name it "The Marketing Vault" and paste the server URL.
- 3Save, then complete the sign-in and approve access.
- 4Enable the connector in the chat composer before asking Grok to use it.
On Grok Business or Enterprise, a team admin has to enable the connector in the xAI cloud console before members can use it.
Open Grok connectorsGoogle Gemini
Gemini CLI only - the consumer Gemini app does not support custom MCP servers yet
~/.gemini/settings.json
- 1Install Gemini CLI, then open (or create) ~/.gemini/settings.json.
- 2Add the mcpServers block below and save the file.
- 3Restart the CLI. The first tool call opens a browser window for sign-in and approval.
- 4Verify with the "/mcp" command inside the CLI - it should list The Marketing Vault tools.
